Arcadia

Arcadia brings together two complementary approaches to the Australian landscape. Through thick impasto brushwork and intricate detail, one body of work captures the raw texture and energy of place, grounding us in its physical presence. The other distills the landscape into atmospheric abstractions, where form dissolves into memory and sensation.

Side by side, these works create a dialogue between observation and interpretation, charting the terrain not just as it appears, but as it is felt and remembered. Arcadia speaks to a timeless and pastoral place where the beauty of the natural world merges with imagination offering audiences a passage into a place both familiar and otherworldly.
